Electing the right person to serve as a City Council Representative is a serious
responsibility, one that is tremendously important to the residents of Broomfield. The Colorado Fraternal Order of Police and the Broomfield Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 45 believe Larry Hardouin is that person. We strongly encourage the residents of Ward 4 to elect Larry Hardouin as their City Councilor.

Larry has the skills and experience to represent Ward 4 effectively. He and I worked together, and I saw him use his engineering background and his empathy to listen deeply, look at the data, and find effective solutions. He has volunteered in many roles in Broomfield, and believes in giving back to the community through volunteering. He is a wise and thoughtful leader.

Larry is a ‘take action’ fella! I met Larry when I was running for a seat on our RedLeaf HOA Board. Larry sought me out for an interview, we walked our neighborhood while he got to know me. Three years later, Larry joined our HOA board. Larry enhanced the Board by guiding us to identify long-term needs of our aging community. As an aging community, we were looking at large repair expenses & fiscal responsibility, while maintaining a desirable community with high property values became our focus.
Larry’s assets are responding to his neighbors, identifying areas of improvement, weighing the pros and cons, seeking out and coordinating folks & methods to execute a plan. Larry has been a longtime member of Broomfield. He’s very familiar with the workings of local government and has established relationships which will be useful to him as a Broomfield City Council member.
